Something in the news as of late is artificial intelligence. You may have heard how companies are creating computers that self-learn, and the technology is incredible. Dr. Martin saw an interview with Elon Musk talking about the dangers of artificial intelligence.

Well there’s a different kind of AI that’s making headlines and it’s artificial insemination. An article Dr. Martin read is saying by the year 2045, most couples will need the help of AI in order to have a baby. Men’s testosterone levels have been plummeting since the 1970’s and it will continue.

Join Dr. Martin as he shares why men’s testosterone levels are dropping, and what can be done to reverse the trend.

Calcium is a very important mineral for your body, and it's not just for bones. Dr. Martin says it’s better to get calcium through your food and not by supplementing, as it doesn't get to its intended destination this way.

Dr. Martin looked at a study on bioavailability, which is a fancy word for how much nutrients our body can absorb. If you ate a bowl of spinach, which has 115 milligrams of calcium, only 5% of that is getting absorbed. Whereas if you take a single piece of cheese, to get the same bioavailability, you’d need to consume 16 cups of spinach!

Join Dr. Martin as he teaches on bioavailability in today’s episode, to help you better understand the nutritional needs of your body.

A major study out of Yale University is saying that your brain gets rewired when you continually eat crappy foods. You’ll subconsciously pick and continue to pick bad foods over good ones because of the dopamine hit. You essentially become an addict as the effects can last for months even after quitting!

Dr. Martin says it’s no coincidence that the major tobacco companies eventually moved into food. They are masters of hooking new customers, often for life. The food industry is owned by a dozen major companies who profit most from the crappy foods found in the middle-aisles of your grocery store.

Join Dr. Martin as he shares this and another study that have left him peeved out of frustration!

Dr. Martin often talks about why we need vitamin D, but he’s never really focused on the specific reasons why someone would be low in vitamin D.

It is estimated that 80 to 90% of the population have very low levels of vitamin D. Dr. Martin says it’s an international health crisis because the majority of people don’t know they’re deficient!

Join Dr. Martin in today’s episode as he goes over reasons why people are low in vitamin D!

Apr 21, 2023

Dr. Martin looks at an interesting study coming out of the Journal of Cell Biology. They’re saying vitamin D holds the key in both prevention and treatment of aggressive breast cancer!

In the United States alone, there are 40,000 deaths a year from aggressive breast cancer. The study is saying that having optimized levels of vitamin D will help prevent breast cancer. Dr. Martin says that’s good, but he likes to see higher numbers when it comes to vitamin D, especially if you’ve been diagnosed with cancer.

Join Dr. Martin in today’s episode as he shares what you can do to lower your risk of all cancers.

Why are we seeing so many autoimmune disorders? The numbers in North America are especially frightening, and now there’s a study out of Europe that has concluded there's a clear correlation between obesity and autoimmune diseases.

Dr. Giuseppe Matarese, a professor of immunology at the University of Naples, Italy, is saying that extra fat causes an inflammatory response and the body views it as an invader. This silent inflammation is what’s causing autoimmune to flourish.

Join Dr. Martin as he looks at the reasons why so much autoimmune is happening and why we’re seeing numbers like never before!

In the late 1960’s and into the 70’s it was believed that gout was caused by high levels of purines because of eating too much meat. The purines would break down into uric acid and cause gouty arthritis to occur.

Dr. Martin says it was never about meat, but had to do with too much fructose. A recent study is saying that two or more servings of orange juice makes you 2.5x more susceptible to getting gout. Don’t drink your fructose is something Dr. Martin has said for years!

Join Dr. Martin as he shares the latest research about gout and how to prevent it.

There is a silent epidemic going on with acid reflux. Apparently 2 billion people on our planet suffer from acid reflux, and they don’t even know it!

Acid reflux doesn’t need to be constant heartburn, it can come in the form of a constant cough or continually clearing of the throat. Because the symptoms aren’t the usual ones, people aren’t being diagnosed properly and are ending up with cancer.

So, why is this happening? Why are so many people getting throat or esophageal cancer? Join Dr. Martin as he shares his reasons why silent reflux is now so prevalent.

It has recently been discovered that when you have insulin resistance, it causes your body to create antibodies. Antibodies in themselves aren’t a problem, but when you start producing too many, the body can mistakenly attack its good cells. It’s autoimmune when this starts happening!

Dr. Martin says that eliminating sugars and carbohydrates from your diet is the best way to reduce insulin resistance. This discovery is another reason why you don’t want to be a carboholic!

Join Dr. Martin as he looks at a hodgepodge of different studies in today’s episode.

A question Dr. Martin often gets asked is why we see so many thyroid problems today. Dr. Martin talks about thyroid all the time and he thinks it's very much misdiagnosed.

Something that’s very important for your thyroid function is vitamin A and it’s not found in the plant kingdom. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin only found in the animal kingdom.

Join Dr. Martin as he teaches on the many benefits of vitamin A on your thyroid.

Insulin is a food hormone. Every time you eat, you need insulin. Its primary job is to take sugar out of your bloodstream. But the key is how much insulin you need. If you use too much, you can develop insulin resistance.

Dr. Martin looks at three new studies on insulin resistance. Researchers have discovered that apart from food, you can develop insulin resistance. A stressful environment, for example, can cause prolonged cortisol that can lead to insulin resistance.

Join Dr. Martin as he teaches on insulin resistance and shares the other ways insulin resistance can be caused.

Oxford University has come out with a study that’s saying seed oils really contribute to cognitive decline. Dr. Martin has been saying this for years, to avoid bad oils, and here’s more reason.

There are two things that will especially destroy your body. Sugar and bad oils. Every dentist in the world knows that sugar causes cavities. We’re told to brush regularly so that our teeth don’t rot. But what about our gut? Sugar rots teeth, but sugar will also rot your gut because you’re feeding the bears. You’re feeding an overgrowth of a third invasive army, fungus.

Join Dr. Martin to learn the ways that sugar destroys our bodies. We don’t need to consume sugar, and after this episode, hopefully you will agree!

The Center for Disease Control in the United States is reporting some terrifying statistics for 2023. It’s being reported that for every 36 births, one child will have autism. That’s the average for both boys and girls, but for boys alone, it’s 1 in 23!

Dr. Martin says it’s an epidemic! In the 60’s and 70’s, autism was unheard of. When something changes like this, Dr. Martin can’t help but ask why. Why is this happening? Why are autism numbers exploding like they are?

Join Dr. Martin as he explains why autism is leaky gut, and leaky gut means leaky brain. He gives 5 reasons why he believes autism continues to be on the rise.

The headline, Insufficient Sun Exposure Has Become a Real Health Problem, appeared in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. The study lists 4 reasons why people are not getting enough sun, and the number one reason is that they’re scared of the sun!

Join Dr. Martin as he unpacks this fascinating study and shares the 4 reasons why people aren’t getting enough sun.

Dr. Martin continues his series on fungus in today’s episode. The CDC announcement about deadly fungal infection spreading at an alarming rate made the mainstream media. Dr. Martin says he saw it at least 10 more times over the weekend.

Why are we seeing so many autoimmune diseases today? Dr. Martin says it’s because of fungus. Doctors are trained to look for bacteria and viruses. It seems they never got the memo on how dangerous yeast and candida can be!

Join Dr. Martin as he teaches on the immune system and why it’s so important to build it up to protect against these deadly fungal infections.
